{"id":1133,"date":"2021-03-13T10:57:49","date_gmt":"2021-03-12T21:57:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dev.designseed.nz\/kapitihockey\/?p=1133"},"modified":"2021-03-13T10:57:49","modified_gmt":"2021-03-12T21:57:49","slug":"2021-junior-club-registrations","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dev.designseed.nz\/kapitihockey\/2021\/03\/13\/2021-junior-club-registrations\/","title":{"rendered":"2021 junior club registrations"},"content":{"rendered":"<blockquote><p>Welcome to the registration for the 2021 Kapiti Junior Hockey Club Teams.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>In 2021 we are looking to enter club teams in the Wellington Hockey Association (WHA) Saturday morning comps:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Year 5\/6 Mixed 6-aside<br \/>\n&#8211; Year 7\/8 Girls 7-aside<br \/>\n&#8211; Year 7\/8 Boys 7-aside<\/p>\n<p>We&#8217;ll bring all registered players together in late March to arrange teams, with several pre-season training session and friendly games.<\/p>\n<p>Throughout the season practices will be once a week on either Thursday or Friday late afternoons.<\/p>\n<p>Pre-season meet up for all teams will be held Tuesday 6th &amp; 13th April 2021, Year 5\/6 @ 4.30 &#8211; 5.30 pm, and, Year 7\/8 @ 5.30 &#8211; 6.30. Competition begins Saturday 8 May 2021.<\/p>\n<p>The club can provide full goalie kit for any Year 7\/8 players wishing to play as a goal keeper.<\/p>\n<p>Approximately half of games will be at home (@ the Kapiti Turf) and half of games will be away (Tawa, Lower Hutt, or NHS in Wellington). Team managers will coordinate transport arrangements if required.<\/p>\n<p>Playing Fees for 2021 will be:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; $160 for Year 7\/8&#8217;s<br \/>\n&#8211; $120 for Year 5\/6&#8217;s<\/p>\n<p>These fees include uniforms &amp; equipment provided by the club, turf and lighting costs, and WHA association and competition fees.
